Class Overview

Following a gluten-free diet is challenging, particularly when dining outside of the home. On top of that, recommendations for minimizing gluten contamination risk are not standardized. In this presentation, we will discuss how celiac disease affects the quality of life, how to interpret the various recommendations, and what new studies show about the risk for gluten cross-contact.
