Class Overview
The gluten-free diet is expensive all the time, not just during a pandemic. But, we know that the past year and a half has brought many unique challenges to the celiac community including difficulties accessing gluten-free food products and for many families, loss of income that allowed them to purchase more expensive gluten-free foods. During this presentation we will look at food insecurity in the celiac community and talk about how your family can join in efforts to support our larger gluten-free community.
