Below you will find all the information you will need to exhibit at the following Nourished Festival:

10:00 am - 4:00 pm on Saturday the 1st
10:00 am - 4:00 pm on Sunday the 2nd
Expected Attendance: 7,500
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued.
Every exhibitor must have a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Gluten Free Classes, LLC 900 Ogden Ave. #132, Downers Grove, IL 60515 as an additional insured for the dates of the Expo - no exceptions.

Balloons are fine inside.  Pop-up tents are fine if they are non combustible or flame retardant and less than 300 sq. ft.


Free Parking 
Note: If the Convention Center parking lot is full when you arrive, there is additional free parking in the lots of the adjacent office buildings.


Concessions will be open for beverages and gluten free salads.

Name Badges

Deadline is Thursday, May 23, 2019. Generic badges will be printed if names are not received by this date. You can update your name badges in the vendor portal (please create an account if you do not yet have one).

Move In

3pm – 7pm, Friday the 31st and 7am-8:30am, Saturday the 1st. PLEASE NOTE YOU CANNOT MOVE IN PRIOR TO 3PM.
Exhibitors must be in the building with booths set up by 9 am on Saturday for a mandatory meeting and inspection.
Exhibitors will not be allowed to enter after 8:30 am.
Doors open for exhibitors at 8 am on Sunday the 2nd.

Move Out

4pm – 6pm Sunday, the 2nd.

This hotel is attached to the convention center.
Rates are $123 for single & double and $143 for a triple for a quad. Rooms must be booked no later than 5/10/19.

Health Department

There is no health department fee for this event, but Every vendor must fill this "Exhibitor Approval Form" out and email to [email protected] with their festival application.  DO NOT FAX TO # ON FORM. Click HERE to download.

Liquor License

Click HERE for information on how to apply for the a daily or one-time event license . All liquor vendors must submit their permit request in writing to the Liquor Commissioner, Village of Schaumburg, 101 Schaumburg Court, Schaumburg, IL 60193. Any questions please e-mail to [email protected], or call 847.923.4402. The fee will be $80.00 for the two day event payable to the Village of Schaumburg.

Fire Extinguisher

 A 10 lb. 4A:60BC, portable fire extinguisher is required for all cooking appliances.

Material Handling/Shipping/Receiving/Additional Booth Equipment

If you have not been contacted and given a password and log in, please email Rick Clower [email protected]. Once you have that click HERE for all shipping, material handling forms, additional booth equipment, optional carpet, refrigerator and freezer rental. You must ship your items to the advance warehouse unless they are perishable.

Sales Tax

Illinois Sales Tax- located in Cook County, IL. Click HERE to download form. Please note that the sales tax rate for the City of Schaumburg is 10%. Food items that are not for immediate consumption are sold at the lower rate of 2.25%. Exhibitors should contact the Illinois Department of Revenue should they have any questions and concerns.
