Amy Davis, RD, LDN

Amy was born and raised in New Orleans, LA, and is proud to still call it home. She studied nutritional sciences at Louisiana State University, then went on to complete her dietetic internship at Tulane University. Her main roles at Swerve include education and content creation, as well as West Coast and foodservice sales. Some of her favorite things are avocado toast, wine, live music, traveling, and her cat, Pepper. Her favorite swerved treat is a decadent Chocolate Cupcake with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting.
