Chef Eric Braddock & Chef Adrienne Novak
Chef Eric has 35 years in the restaurant industry. Prior to starting Eban’s Gluten Free Bakehouse he owned and operated 3 of his own restaurants, was featured in many food and cooking magazines and appeared on numerous cooking shows on ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS and HGTV. He was one of 5 Celebrated Chefs In America selected by the National Pork Producers and has won many State and National Awards in culinary competitions.
Chef Adrienne is a professional chef with over 25 years experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Her resume includes front and back of the house management positions at some of the country’s top restaurants, clubs and hotels. She is Program Staff Chef for children’s cooking classes at the Cancer Support Community and Co-Owner of Silver Spoon Catering Company. She is Vice-President and Co-Founder of Éban’s Bakehouse and Eric & Eric, an artisanal edibles company, with her partner and husband, Chef Eric Braddock.
