Heather King is the owner of the blog Go Gluten Freely. Heather's gluten-free journey began when her daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease and her own celiac diagnosis quickly followed. Raised in Europe, with a love of quality food, a wanderlust that has led her around the world, and a Marketing MBA, Heather is dedicated to using her life experiences to inspire and equip those needing to eat, connect, travel, celebrate and live “gluten-freely”.
