Laura Cooper

Laura Cooper, the owner of Rustic Scoop™, develops and manufactures baking mixes that are gluten free, refined sugar free, free from the top 9 allergens (except coconut palm sugar) and are delicious. Her family lives with multiple food intolerances, food allergies, and celiac disease. Laura has spent the last 15+ years cooking and baking "free from" and has come to enjoy it, creating recipes, and sharing them with others. After learning to bake bread in Africa and surviving without conventional free-from options, Laura returned to the states to share her knowledge with the community. Her passion is to teach others what she has learned. Through Rustic Scoop™, Laura is sharing her love of baking in speaking engagements, video tutorials, new recipes, and the mixes.
