Stacey Juhnke and Bethany Trainor

Bethany Trainor is the Support Groups Manager at Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG). Bethany lives gluten-free and was diagnosed in 2009 after having symptoms since she was two. After diagnosis, she made it her mission to assist others living gluten-free. Bethany earned a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from the University of Michigan and did graduate studies in human nutrition. She is now studying nutrition at Cornell University. Bethany has been fulfilling her mission through work at GIG since 2015. Stacey Juhnke is the Generation GF Supervisor for GIG. Stacey’s passion for making gluten-free life easier came when her 3 kids were diagnosed with celiac disease. Her journey with GIG began 17 years ago as a branch leader and has played an integral role in the creation of the Generation GF program. Whether she is cooking at camp, coordinating the GF Teen Summit, or hosting kids on virtual events, Stacey enjoys inspiring our gluten-free kids to lead a healthy, happy gluten-free life.
