Kim Koeller

Kim Koeller founded Gluten & Allergy Free Passport in 2005 to foster global social change and improve quality of life for those managing gluten free diets, celiac disease and food allergies. A recognized pioneer in special diet travel, Kim is an award-winning author and creator of the first-of-its-kind Let's Eat Out Around the World Gluten Free and Allergy Free series of Apple mobile apps, restaurant dining guides, country travel kits, translation cards and global research. These educational resources have won over 20 quality and innovation excellence awards and have been purchased in 60-plus countries. As a frequent speaker at national and international industry conferences, Kim shares her worldwide travel experiences of almost 3 million miles to six continents while personally living 100% gluten and allergy free due to celiac disease and food allergies. She has been featured by National Geographic Traveler, Food & Drink, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, NBC TV, ABC TV and other media outlets worldwide. Kim advises global clients on specialty food initiatives and enabling technology solutions within consumer goods, health and hospitality. As managing director of Horizon Group International and a former partner with Accenture, she consults with clients across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and South America. Kim holds an MBA / Master in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in the French Language from Purdue University.
