As a frequent speaker at national and international industry conferences, Kim shares her worldwide travel experiences of almost 3 million miles to six continents while personally living 100% gluten and allergy free due to celiac disease and food allergies. Kim advises global clients on specialty food initiatives and enabling technology solutions within consumer goods, health and hospitality. As managing director of Horizon Group International and a former partner with Accenture, she consults with clients across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and South America. Kim holds an MBA / Master in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in the French Language from Purdue University.
