Lucie Contente was diagnosed with Celiac disease 5 years ago but “journey” began in 2009. After seeing several nutritionists who suggested eliminating gluten, she decided that in order to feel better, she would need to start re-creating her families favorite recipes to be gluten free. In 2017 she decided to publish a cookbook to help others on their gluten free journey. She has since then written 3 more books. Her goal is connect with others who are in a similar situation and help them on their journey with easy and delicious recipes. She resides in Rhode Island with her family.
