Cristina Curp is the chef and author behind The Castaway Kitchen. a blog and online community dedicated to healing recipes. A former restaurant chef with a BA in anthropology, Cristina combines her culinary talents and research skills to experiment with elimination diets and ancestral healing. Reclaiming her own health inspired her to share the journey with the world and expand her education to include Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Author of Made Whole Cookbook and with another on the way, Cristina is on a mission to spread the word: real food first, the rest will follow. A Miami native, she currently lives in Virginia with her husband Justin, their son Jack and their pup, Bruce.
